Card declined

Went to Walmart today . Card was declined again today. It just worked about an hour ago. This is getting ridiculous I work hard for my money and they think it's ok to hold my funds hostage. Got scammed by Walmart.com Thursday soon as my direct deposit hit. Got money back yesterday and have trouble ever since. Taking my money to a real bank
