Login and Register buttons do not work. Everything else is okay.

I am a registered account holder and have successfully used the VA Lottery website numerous times without any problem.  Now for unknown reasons, I cannot login to my account on the official website.  Have tried many times over the past several days.  Tickets are mountng up!  Need to access my account.  Help!!!
