keep getting booted off site; can't buy tickets

I put tickets in my cart, then get buffering whether I"m on direct connect ethernet or wifi or through the app using LTE service.  Any time I can get to my cart it tells me you can't verify my location.  Location services are 100% turned on.  This is ridiculous.
