Can not see credit card info can not pay bill

I tried the app and when I click on my credit card info the page is blank. Tried online on their site to pay bill and try to put banking info in but it says it already has it stored there. I try to click on bank account and it doesn't show my supposed stored bank info. Try to have an email sent to me from them it says it sent it but it never shows up in inbox or spam. No where! This bread financial sucks!!!! Makes me not want to purchase anything from them.
