The picture on the TV freezes and then the tv turns off. The audio continues during the freeze, but then turns off. If I wait a bit and will turn back on until it repeat same sequence. Freezes pictue, audio continues, then the tv shuts down,.
We are signed up for Fios Home and Family Custom TV. We signed up for this because it was the only package with the Game Show Network and a Business News Channel, Bloomberg TV. Now that you removed Bloomberg TV, we need you to substitute Fox Business Network, or this package no longer works for us. We do not want to give up Game Show Network or Business News!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
