I can hardly do anything at Verizon Webmail with my Android netbook laptop. I sure can't send email or organize my folders. I think Verizon is up to something. If you call them, they're too busy. If you upgrade or buy a new service from them, you'll buy time for a while. It's not you. It's Verizon. They'll mess with you until you cough up more bucks. They destroyed Outlook Express as a desktop PC email client and they no longer allow Gmail to check your Verizon webmail. Dump them. That's my advice.
