My Verizon Website is not loading correctly

When I click on My Verizon with my Mac and Safari, the Website does not load correctly. I tried once last night and again this morning. What a mess that someone did not check on a Windows machine and a Mac when making changes to the Website. Where is the QC in this?

I have been trying to access the wireless website for two days. When I click on a link to go to "change friends and family" or any other link, I get a long blue menu on the left side of the page. Not of those work, either. Just a circular routine.
