Ughhh!! What is the deal with verizonwireless.com site??? Always slow, always frustrating, and now it's been messed up for a week!! I have been trying to login to upgrade a device since Wednesday last week, and still no... Before, it would let me logon to my verizon account, select the phone i wanted to upgrade, add the new phone to my cart, but when i tried to check out, it would take me back to logon screen. Grr!! Now, it won't even let me get the My Account page. i logon, but it only lets me view sales pages or support forum. I love verizon service, but hate their website - It's like having road rage on the internet every time I visit!! For such an advanced technological company, it seems ridiculous that they don't have better (faster) servers. So frustrating!!!
