I'm concerned the entire website is down for reasons the company does not want to talk about. Worst part is the stores are selling the reload cards either knowing or not knowing the cards for now are worthless. So money is going in but not being transferred as per the purchase contract. A world class company would have put up a page to explain why the site is down, when it will go back up. Just saying "Down for maintenance is a shoddy way to treat their customers. I hope the site comes back up but have my concerns. Will the funds be transferred or are they gone? Time will tell.
You can still reload via the phone number listed on the back of the reload cards - just the website is down thankfully it seems
I did use the phone system. Just thinking a professionally managed, world class website, would have an information page saying the site was down, problem being worked, estimated time of recovery.
While your comments about an Enterprise company communicating properly are valid, you realize you said merchants were selling cards that were worthless, but then said you used the phone? The cards are not worthless and still work as always.
https://www.vanillareload.com is a scam. This site has been down for over a week, they are not processing transactions your money is gone. They are not responding to any requests. Horrible business practice.
Your comments are false and irresponsible! It's annoying. I use the vanilla reload for an amex pre paid for my daughter. I just used the phone number and reloaded in 1.5 minutes.
