won't give me shipping options. got one label to go through but it won't accept my payment

Last month I shipped a box to Canada. Later that day i tried to ship packages domesticaly and click-n-ship wouldn't work. Well same thing happened today. Got 4 packages to Canada to print fine. Now I can't do anything with domestic packages.
