Yet another instance, where this website has failed this small business owner. I spend about $20k per year on USPS postage, and am about to stop offering this. I have spent countless hours putting up witht his hassle caused by the 3rd graders that were hired to make this website. Perhaps instead of making cute Spiderman graphics, the time, effort and resources ought to be spent on making the website actually function? We're all screwed if this is how government takeover of Healthcare is going to works...
Any real business that had these recurring issues, with zero communciation.... would be out of business.
