I have now created 3 accounts thinking it was me!! It isn't. I was helped last week by a tech who saved me that day. Changed browser even though I was using their recommended browser and was able to print. Today, using that new browser..Nothing I try works, don't even get an email back when I say forgot password, which I haven't just to move forward! Created another account today and still no go! Ugh...I need to make shipments. This is extremely frustrating. I've lost info each time I've had to make a change to accomodate the websites issues and lost all history and now still can't move forward.
