Website getting worse

After a couple of weeks of struggling and making do with workarounds and attempts on different computers with different versions of Internet Explorer, somehow managing to use USPS online shipping... At last, today, the Create Shipping Slip page won't even open.  The in process wheel keeps turning around, but no such page will appear.  Complete Click n Ship failure.
