Unable to proceed for package selection

I tried to create a label with name saved in address book but were to no avail. I tried it with IE 10 in dell laptop and firefox in my macbook pro.

I could not proceed up to entering package value.

USPS.com is pathetic and poorly managed.

Called 800 344 7779, on hold for 35 minutes until a lady answered who knew nothing about the problems, really bad !

Screw usps.com, I am gonna open an account with UPS.
