Stops working when selecting Flat Rate Box Type

This site has been down for days.  I just happend to catch it up for a few minutes before it quit working again.  whenever you try to select the type of Flat Rate Box, Internet Explorer stops.  You have to put in a $ amount for insurance, then it allows you to go to the next step of selecting box type.
