PAGE IS NOT DISPLAYING CORRECTLY

Click N Ship label create page will not display correctly when flat rate option is chosen.  The only way I can advance to the print label page is to enter a weight for the package even though I am mailing flat rate.   PLEASE CORRECT THIS ISSUE!!! IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO CONTINUE USING YOUR SERVICE YOU MUST BECOME USER FRIENDLY~~~~~
