Page is Jumping, not working correctly

I can enter info, but page jumps all over the place.  Additionally, I was unable to choose a flat rate box without having to weigh the box, which I've NEVER had to do.  Please put info on the website how long this is going to take place, obviously you're making changes, but this is ridiculous, espeically for those of us who RELY on USPS Ship n Click for business purposes.
