nothing after select a service, cannot complete process, all week long...

what happened?! the new site is completely unusable. no next or continue buttons. a total dead end and waiste of time. all businesses are screwed over this. we cannot ship with usps without waiting in long lines, filling everything out by hand, making extra trips to the post. complete nonsense. please, please, please  fix this.
