click n ship not loading

Click and ship website not loading up keeps giveing error even on different computers. When it does load and I get all the customers info in and it asks for you to click get prices and loads and loads and loads and loads and the it tells me to review my label or something like that. The address is good that i am using i've shipped there dozons of times.
