cannot select shipping option

I haven't been able to print labels in a week. I have tried firefox, safari, and internet explorer - I can't choose a shipping option, even if I've filled in package information. I have contacted the Live Chat and they've told me it's down, however, after several tweets, they tell me the site is not down and should be working...
