After filling out address and package details, the next step is the choose the service and get a price. At that point the website crashes. It has been doing this for 2 + weeks. My worthless Illinois Senators and Congressman are more concerned with helping illegal aliens steal jobs here than helping citizens.
Their is a workaround that the stupid USPS support team doesn't know about. First thing you do is Manage Addressbook, then enter the address there. Then you select the new address and can procede to creating and printing a label.
