For two days ID has said zero mail, zero packages but I have received mail on those days. Also have a packages shipping to me that entered the system three days ago that doesn't show up on my account, but does show up if I manually search and track it

Same here. Since about this week, I'm not getting label created for some packages. I have 3 expected this week but nothing on ID unless I plug them in
Same for packages. Since beginning of the year. Got a tracking number and can look it up manually. Packages get to us. Yet nothing ever shows in the package section of informed delivery.
