I haven't received any notifications in the past few weeks & I just realized it yesterday. I have tried multiple times to reset & save my choices for both text & email alerts, but still nothing. Sometimes it will save it & other times it shows me an error message.

Not receiving informed delivery emails sincr November 1st. Checked settings and all are correct.
I have not been receiving text nor email notifications regarding the status of packages. The last notification I received was October 26, 2022.
