Informed Delivery Down for 3 Days Now

For 3 days I cannot sign into my USPS account and check my Informed Delivery.  I click "sign in" and it just stays on a clock.  If I switch to my phone, I can get into the password but it does not recognize my user name or password and then times out and says it is down.
