bill pay down

This is awful,guys.  This new website has all the charm of Obama's new site.  Sorry.  I love USBank dearly and have been with you'all forever...but I can't pay my credit card and will be charged for late fee.  I'm disabled and can't just rush off to  the bank.  My damn phone is missing on top of it.  My disability requires help with a car and that is iffy timing.  I need to get a kid to help me when they are not working.  Help....all I want to do is pay my card.  All of your teaching videos use the old website so that isn't going to help a bit.  I used to be able to do this in my sleep.  I can use the log in assistance to get into the account but nothing works and I can't figure how to pay my card.  Almost anything you click on doesn't work.  So please...hold off on the late payment penalties.  Not my fault.
