Account Page won't fully load.

I can enter my security answer, password etc. The site will open my account page only to where I can see my balance but will not open anything else, cannot see transactions, help button does not work nothing works period.  It does open all the way on my husbands computer.  What baffles me it worked before, no changes that I can think of has happeened.  Any help would be nice.
