Mobile App & Online Banking Issue - Accounts Not Showing

When I log into my Umpqua App & Online Banking, my 3 checking accounts are not visible at all. No statements can be viewed, no transfers can be processed, and no transaction history can be shown. I logged in both using the app, my mobile device, and my computer - all the same. Calling online to the automated service allowed me to hear my current history for the accounts that I have the account number handy for, but no additional help whatsoever. Help!!
