Can't login to tracfone account

This afternoon 08/05/2021 the Tracfone.com website started not recognizing login credentials. Can't login any longer. Even if you select "forgot password" and submit their website fails to email you a password reset email.  No email received to reset password.  There is something wrong with the Tracfone web services! I reported it to their support reps but nothing seems to have been fixed. Website still not allowing login tonight. Not sure if they are even working on it!
