won't load weather.com gold after log in

Have been having trouble with gold for many months now.  I pay for this service and get very little use out of it.  Seems as if they've changed something which made logging in very inconsistent. Have they discontinued Gold service and failed to tell people because I am still getting billed!

When I try to log in it takes several seconds/minutes trying to load the page and then it gives me an error message such as: Http/1.1 Service Unavailable
 or it will tell me after a resend that it has reset the login and to try again, but when I try again it goes back to the above error message.
