weather.com Gold login problems

When I sign into weather.com Gold and hit enter it tells me that I have to sign in and when I click 'sign in' to go back to the sign in page it stays on the same page telling me that I have to sign in again. I'M PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, PEOPLE, WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM? I've tried logging out and re-logging in and end up back at this page where I am just stuck. I've tried changing my password and logging in with a new password to no avail. SINCE I PAY MONTHLY FOR THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHY CAN'T THIS SITE WORK RELIABLY?

I am having the same problem. Can anyone help?

For some reason, my posts to sitedown.co seem to fix the problem within a day or two. I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but perhaps the posts from here get to someone at weather.com. The reason I've posted to sitedown.co now and in the past is because I have not been able to find a way to communicate problems with my account to weather.com. If there's a 'contact us' choice on their web page I've never been able to find it. Good luck.
