You have a lot of very unhappy customers (including me) who subscribe to Desktop Max and are waiting for you to repair site. We are happy to pay for this and hope you get it up and running

I, too am having Script problems and I can't get the Desktop Max to load. Please fix this as I am paying customer! Thank you.
Noticed that a couple of people are requesting the weather channel site be fixed on this discussion. This site (site down) is only to track what website are reported as not working. It is useful so you know whether it is the site or just your computer.
If you want to contact the weather channel people, the only way i know to do it is to go to the weather channel site, on the bottom left, under "company" choose "support" and then, on the right, click on "contact support."
I'm thinking that if they have enough people contacting them directly they might pay attention to us.
I have written to the Weather Channel and they said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. I have unsubscribed from Desktop Max and that got their attention. I don't know why they don't have a way of telling subscribers what is going on.
Great idea, Lyn. I just uninstalled desktop MAX because I am so tired of seeing it not load every time I turn on my computer.
I didn't think of telling them that i want to cancel my subscription. - I'm going to do that right now!!
My Max has not been working since 5-30. What is going on, does anyone know? All I get are script errors. Is it my system or the Weather Channels?
It's the Weather Channel system, not yours. I finally gave up, unsubscribed, and am starting using AccuWeather. Just too long to go without the service!
I can't even get Weather.com to run with out a script running and preventing from fully loading.
