Why don't WC get new Website Admin people and get rid of the ones they have. This is getting to be a everyday thing with you'll.

For the past 2 days (when the weather channel would have been very helpful in Oklahoma) I get a "Error has occurred in the script on this page. Contacted local Cox Internet Service and they could not find a porble. The Weather Channel Desk Top is probably my most used or cloe to service on my computer,

I have written to tech support for this very same problem but have not yet received a response. I have used TWC Desktop for years. Upgraded to MAX to get rid of the ads. The price is great but the technical back-end is not so good. It seems as if every June they go through these types of problems. Very very annoying because I count on having this available. From all the comments, I'm thinking it is a system-wide problem rather than something that we can fix. Last year they wanted me to use the desktop app instead, which i tried and didn't like. I checked other weather options, but the next least expensive I found was AccuWeather and that is $79.99/year. I probably would have paid it but i like the Weather Channel display better - when it's working!

I am having the same problem. I sent an email to customer support and got the following response: Thank you for reporting the error you are currently experiencing, we are aware of the issue and are currently working on a resolution. We ask that you please be patient while our developers work to resolve the issue. Thanks, TWCi Customer Support Staff

I am experiencing the same problem. It's pretty sad when you pay for a program that's now available when you need it the most. I'm not very confident with their support staff. It's been several days and they still haven't found a resolution to he problem.

Thanks everyone for updates you have gotten from WC. I will keep you updated when things get straighten out. Very Very disappointed in them right now and feel like they should give people money back that pay for WC Max.

My weather Channel Max is finally up after being offline for over 2 weeks. You would think how big WC is, they would have Top Notch Tech Support People that would address any and all issues but that is not the case and maybe it is time for me to move on to other weather desktop app's that our more dependable than this piece of crap here. You can bet if there tv station would go offline they would have that back up in the matter of min's and NOT WEEKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Mine also came back early in the week although WC e-mailed me that I needed to find if the problem was with my local Internet connection.
