says server error when i try to go to the page

If you check the other comments, you will see that the weather channel is having a major problem at the moment and not getting the problem fixed. Many of the comments say it started on May 30 but it seems longer than that to me. The only way to get in touch with them is through their website. Bottom left corner of their homepage, under "company," click on "support." On the right side of that page, click "contact support" and a pop-up box shows up. The initial response is an auto-responder. Previous years, doing this got a response but this year I haven't even gotten a reply. This makes me think their entire desktop system isn't working. Maybe they were trying to put in updates and it crashed? - Sad fact of life for IT people.
