Can not login to gold.weather.com

gold.weather.com session expired. Please sign in! When attempting to login, I get Waiting for registration.weather.com. Sometimes I get to the "sign in page", then I get: "1/8/2013 7:54 AM (this was saved in case I ever got weather.com support to care about this problem) https://registration.weather.com/ursa/login Result: Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" This has happened many times before. I sent two emails to TWC support. 1-10-13 This first answer wanted to know everything about my computer and browser(s). 1/23/13 The second time I gave them "everything". I got the following reply: Thank you for reporting the error you are currently experiencing, we are aware of the issue and are currently working on a resolution. We ask that you please be patient while our developers work to resolve the issue. gold.weather.com session expired. Please sign in! For the past 3 days, I CANNOT log into my Weather Channel GOLD account. HELP!

I also am having trouble ---that is I can not sign in. So far [2 days] and no answer from TWC. Apparently customer service isn't a strong attribute at TWC.

I have been a subscription member of Weather Channel GOLD for several years. A week ago, I was unable to login to the site. I have tried about anything that can be found of the internet. I did finally get a reply from TWC, but it only told me things that I had already tried. HELP
