Won't let me log in, won't take UN and password

I have been trying since 3am to log into this site! As I've had an account before, it won't take old password.. So, i got to a point it let me change, then when I tried to log in it said there  is already an account in that name. Wrong password. So, I change again, over and over and over until I get a message to call a number and change it with TWC. That number just tells you when they're open. How are people supposed to live through this with no money?! Not sick, just no job!
