Site will not load. At all.

I have been trying to login to see the status of my claim and the site will not load at all. I don't know what else to do. I submitted a payme t request on the date I was supposed to and didn't receive a check then read that my case is pending and to make contact on the 6th.... But I'm not able to get through.
