I have been trying to submit my payment request since yesterday with no resolve. I have changed by password, used Firefox, Safari, Cleared my Cache (cookies) and still not able to submit the claim. I keep receiving an error message that says to call 800-939-6631, called several times and it keeps saying that no one is available to assist at this time.
