...when I checked my account online, there was a message to contact them by phone before 4/22...
...no phone number is available for the past 48 hours...I've tried at every hour...there is no other way to respond...
...not acceptable tp say "if you don't call by 4/22 we won't pay your benefits", then make it impossible to respond...more trickle-down grifting...
