Can't request payment or logon says 502 server error

When i try to logon takes me to 

Error: server error

The servdrc encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. 

Try again in 30 seconds

I've been trying over and over using different phones or devices since 12am Sunday morning. So almost for 24hrs now. After midnight I won't be able to request payment anymore.. And teleserve is not open right now.
