Can't log in or get through on the phone for about a month now... I haven't filed for unemployment since 2009 which qualifies my ID to be reset to make it easier to log in, but that hasn't been the case for me. No matter when I do my SSN is associated with an ID still. all I get is this message when I try to log in now: Please correct the following errors:
- The system has logged you off. Please logon again to access the requested page
I don't even mention my ID anymore so I need help.
