Can't log in

I keep receivine notifiecations that I have correspondence, but when I try to log into my account, it asks for my SSN and verifies that it is my account, but logs me out instead of taking me to my account. I just signed up for benefits a few days ago and have received 2 emails at this point. I tried to call the issue in, but the recorded message states that TWC is not taking any calls right now. I just want to know if I have to do anything else to get my claim processed! If I had known that this was an ongoing issue, I would have just opted for paper correspondences.
