Unable to eithe login online or via tele serve. I worked 7.00 hours week ended 11/14/2020 & 5 hours week ended 11/21/2020. I made $ 28.00/hr. This was a 1099 contract position. I am scheduled to report to a Full Time work position on Monday 11/23/2020 for a monthly salary of $ 3268.17 or $ 39218.00 yearly salary.
