SunTrust mobile app leads me to blank screen on singing in. Since

I have spoken with 3 associates since 9/18/21, a lengthy conversations n with a Sun Trust Specialist on 9/21/21, who recognized the problem but was unable to rectify the problem. I have repeatedly re-booted my Android with no success. I have uninstalled thr app and re-installed the app with no success. My Verizon provider has throughly gone over my smart phone's s OS, WiFi, and updates and could no problem with the phone. I have spoken with an associate at my local branch here, but she had no answers to the problem. This problem showed up suddenly on 9/18/21. Need help.
