Truist.com logs me off as soon as I log on

I've been using Truist.com since the merger and BB&T.com before that for years.  Since 02/04/2023, the website logs me off just as soon as it logs me on.

When I use the Truist app on my smart phone, I get into website, but when I try to access my account information I get an "internal server error" message.
