Totally frustrated! My new debit card has linked to everything except PayPal. Spoke to PayPal and they said it's on Truist end. They are denying it. There is a refundable $1 charge to link it. Waited 70 min to talk to Truist and they said for me to just wait and it should work. I waited over night and it still doesn't work!!!
