online banking not working

Still down since Sunday evening that I know of. Talked to a foreign CSR (that I could not understand clearly) who says I must make a trip to our local office (30 miles round trip) to "update" our account info. Yesterday they told me "Yes, the online banking is down. We'll send you an email when it's up."
