No mobile deposit/no access to mobile banking

I just opened up an account with Truist days before the merger . Big mistake, things are going downhill FAST ! I can't deposit checks from the app and now I'm locked out entirely . I thought Wells Fargo was a tacky bank but Truist takes the cake .
