No login capability for about a week

I wasn't able to open my app for day and now more days down the road i haven't been able to log into my mobile app or online. Finally went to a non Truist ATM because I don't have one on my side of town and my balance seemed lower than expected being I hadn't used that account with the problems id been having trying access my account. I do alot of mobile check deposits to so this is making things very inconvenient for me. Been with this bank or had this account 11-12 years even as SunTrust which I liked a lot but with no update being given about any issues regarding my account is frustrating and concerning.
