Log on but data isn't loading past the "Good Afternoon" at the top of the page.

I go to the log on page enter ID and Password.  New window opens that has "Good Afternoon, ****" Page is grayed out and there is a white rectangle with three dots and "Loading" shown in it.  The dots in rectangle just bounce around and my account data doesn't open and display.
