Can't download from the Truist & have been waiting for support for an hour on chat & on the phone line

This is totally unacceptable! We all had to set up our accounts under Truist & I have a couple of accounts, but can't get chat or phone support and have been told on chat to wait for up to an hour I did and a new chat robot said wait for up to another hour. No one is answering the phone at Truist either we are just left hanging this is the worst bank experience ever!!
